Schedule: FM or IM doc needed for clinic M-F 8am to 4:30pm
Lunch: 12-1p
Patient Range: Adults Only
Census 16-18 patients per day
Call Requirements: No Call
Charting/Dictation: EPIC
Vaccine Requirements: Vaccine required
