The HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician for our clinic in Mattoon, IL. Mattoon is a suburban community with it's own University along with great restaurants, shopping, and excellent school district options. Position Details:
-Well established, growing practice.
-Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
-100% Outpatient Practice
- Dedicated support staff
- EPIC EMR with DAX Copilot to assist with documentation and support work-life balance
- J-1 and H-1B sponsorship available
Position Requirements:
- Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified or Board Eligibility through ABFM
Compensation Package Details:
- Pay Range: $320,106-$390,656
- Sign on bonus
- Relocation funds
- Housing Incentive
- CME Funds and day per year
- Annual quality bonus eligibility
