This full-time outpatient opportunity offers a Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) in Memphis, Tennessee, providing physicians with the support, resources, and collaborative care team needed to deliver exceptional patient care.

Monday-Friday schedule 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Outpatient-only primary care
Quarterly Incentive Plan (15% of quarterly earnings)
Long-Term Incentive Eligible physicians may participate in the Mosaic Health Profit Shares program, designed to reward physicians for contributing to the organization
PTO (160 hrs), full benefits, 401(k) match, CME (5 days + 2K reimbursement)
What you need: MD/DO, active license, board certified or eligible, DEA license.
