Position Highlights
Provide comprehensiveprimary care for patients across the lifespan.
Diagnose and treat acute andchronic medical conditions.
Perform preventive care,wellness exams, and health screenings.
Develop long-termrelationships with patients and families.
Collaborate with specialistsand an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Utilize evidence-basedmedicine to improve patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timelydocumentation using the electronic medical record.

Requirements
MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school
Board Certified or BoardEligible in Family Medicine
Completion of an accreditedFamily Medicine residency program
Eligible for or currentlyholding an unrestricted Indiana medical license
DEA certification oreligibility to obtain
Excellent communication,interpersonal, and clinical skills
