Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, community-focused healthcare setting. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide primary care services to patients of all ages
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Emphasize preventive care and patient education
Collaborate with care teams including specialists and support staff
Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
Promote overall patient wellness and healthy lifestyle choices
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Completion of Family Medicine residency
Active or eligible medical license
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior outpatient or community health experience
Interest in underserved or community-based care
Commitment to long-term patient relationships
