The Opportunity
100% outpatient, no hospital rounding or admissions
36 clinical hours + 4 admin hours / week
EPIC EMR + AI-enabled documentation tools
Integrated, team-based model (RNs, APPs, Care Coordinators)
Minimal call with nurse triage support
Practice Model
Patient-Centered Medical Home model
Strong emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and care coordination

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
