Family Medicine Physician Moses Lake, WA Location: Moses Lake, Washington
Compensation: $243,400 $365,100 annually
Signing Bonus: $30,000

Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-centered primary care team in Moses Lake, WA. This is a full-time outpatient opportunity offering excellent compensation, flexible hours, no call, and a supportive clinical environment that allows providers to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Experienced provider and clinical support staff
Bilingual English/Spanish support staff available to assist with patient translation

Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across a variety of primary care needs
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications within scope of practice
Order and interpret appropriate labs and diagnostic testing
Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and preventive care
Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with providers and clinical support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical or osteopathic school
Completion of a U.S. residency program
Current Washington State Physician license with full prescriptive authority
Active, unrestricted DEA registration
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Board Eligible physicians must expect to complete boards within one year of employment
