Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician Opening Mt. Morris, MI Located in Mt. Morris, MichiganFull-Time, Permanent Practice Overview Full-time outpatient Family Medicine or Internal Medicine opportunity in Mt. Morris, Michigan Join an established, collaborative primary care practice within a nationally recognized health system Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and/or family medicine patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventive care visits, annual wellness exams, and routine follow-up appointments Develop long-term treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists as needed Utilize EPIC EMR for clinical documentation and patient management Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care 36 patient-contact hours and 4 administrative hours per week Participate in shared call responsibilities Monday through Friday schedule with no routine weekend requirements Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuity of care programs 2026 and 2027 residency graduates are welcome to apply H-1B visa sponsorship available ; J-1 visa sponsorship is not available Compensation & Recruitment Package Annual salary: $235,000 Äì$265,000 Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available Job Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Board certification required within 3 years for Board Eligible candidates Michigan medical license or eligibility DEA certification required BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CSL certifications required Clean malpractice and licensure history required EPIC EMR experience preferred Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule H-1B visa sponsorship available J-1 visa sponsorship is not available Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Prescription drug coverage 401(k) and retirement benefits Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Paid Time Off (PTO), sick leave, and paid holidays CME allowance Tuition reimbursement Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)-eligible employer Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee wellness and discount programs Career advancement opportunities within a nationally recognized health system Community DetailsMt.
