Family Medicine Physician $407K+ Year 1 Potential 4-Day Work Week

Position Highlights
Excellent Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day work week with a fixed schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday.
Modern Facilities: Practice in a brand-new hospital and clinic building scheduled to open in 2027.

Compensation & Benefits
Year One Potential: $407,000+ total potential earnings in your first year.
Guaranteed Base: $325,000 generous base salary plus additional bonus incentives.
Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 paid upon signing.
Student Loan Assistance: Up to $60,000 available to help pay down educational debt.
Relocation Allowance: $10,000 to assist with your move.

Qualifications
Specialty: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with Pediatrics. General Practice physicians will also be considered.
Scope: Comfortable with Outpatient Primary Care and light ED backup coverage.
Visa Sponsorship: Cap-exempt Visa candidates are welcome to apply (positions without the $100k immigration fee are actively considered).
