Patient Volume/Census: Up to 21 patients per day

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active WA license
Board: Board Certified (required)
DEA: Active WA DEA
Certifications: BLS, ACLS (as needed)
Experience: New grads considered; clean background required
Other Qualifications: Spanish or Russian language skills a plus; COVID and flu vaccination required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages (newborns to geriatrics).
Manage chronic diseases and acute care needs in an outpatient community health center setting.
Perform basic procedures including injections, IUD placement, and minor wound care.
Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for documentation and patient management.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including medical assistants, receptionists, mental health therapists, and dietitians.
