Job description
Outpatient Family Medicine Physician
Olympia, WA
Practice Highlights
Outpatient-only Family Medicine practice
Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek
No hospital call or after-hours responsibilities
Average of just 14-16 patients per day
Approximately 10 hours of protected administrative time built into the schedule
Dedicated physician support including 1 MA and nursing staff
Modern clinic with 15 exam rooms and integrated care resources
Collaborative provider team consisting of physicians, APPs, behavioral health professionals, and support staff
Opportunity to focus on preventive care and chronic disease management
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation- Annual Base Salary- evaluated based on years of Experience
$20,000 sign-on bonus
