Job description
An established and growing concierge primary care practice in Owings Mills, Maryland is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its team.
This is a new physician position created in response to patient demand . The Owings Mills practice is currently at capacity with an existing patient waitlist and has a fully available clinical pod ready for an incoming physician. This provides an excellent opportunity to establish and grow a patient panel quickly within an already successful practice.
The practice is built around relationship-based medicine and giving physicians meaningful time with their patients. Visits are a minimum of 30 minutes , with same-day and next-day access and an emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness, and long-term physician-patient relationships.
Administrative burden is intentionally minimized, creating a collegial, physician-focused environment where providers can concentrate on delivering high-quality care rather than managing high patient volumes.
