Job description
Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed and ongoing 32 hours per week - Locums or Temp-to-Perm
Preferred Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm - Coverage days are flexible
Worksite Setting: Primary Care office
Scope of Work: Mostly routine bread and butter PC, acute, new patients, prenatal care, delivery skills
Patient Population: Peds to geriatrics
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: IN active, unrestricted license, DEA, BLS, Board Cert FM, C-section credentialed, 2+ years exp.
