Job description
Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a 3-month locum assignment at an outpatient primary care clinic in Phoenix.
The clinic is conveniently located in Central/East Phoenix, just minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, downtown Phoenix, and Tempe.
Assignment Details
Pay: $95/hour
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
3-month assignment
Outpatient primary care
No nights or weekends
Malpractice insurance provided
Local candidates only
Requirements
Active Arizona NP/APRN license
Active Arizona RN license
Family Nurse Practitioner certification
Active DEA
Current BLS/CPR
Outpatient primary care experience preferred
Must currently live in the Phoenix metro area or within reasonable commuting distance
Provide routine primary care including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, chronic disease management, and timely EMR documentation.
