Oupatient Primary Care Physician
ILLINOIS

16-18 patients per day
Epic EMR with DAX

Compensation & Benefits :
Base Salary: $285,000 - $300,000
Performance-Based Incentives: wRVU productivity bonus and quality bonus
Sign-on Bonus: $50,000
Student Loan Repayment: Up to $150,000
Comprehensive Benefits: 5 weeks vacation, 5% employer contribution toward retirement, concierge relocation service, and more
Qualifications :
Degree: MD or DO
Certifications: BE/BC Family Medicine
Licensure: Must be eligible to receive an Illinois medical license
Sponsorship: J1 or H1B eligible
