SSM Health Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established and growing practice in Troy, Missouri , just a short drive from St. Louis.

100% Outpatient Family Medicine
1:5 call schedule with RN triage support
Established practice with strong patient demand

Four-provider practice
Three exam rooms per provider
