Job description
Join a nation-wide primary care organization focused on providing exceptional care to the geriatric population. We are seeking dedicated professionals for our locations in Providence and Warwick.
Function Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (no nights or weekends)
Patient load: 12-16 patients per day once fully ramped up
Patient demographic: Primarily Medicare (over age 65) with some Medicaid (up to 25% under age 65)
Collaborative care team includes MD, APP, Scribe, MA, and shared RN/Social Work support
Specialty support via telemedicine partnerships
Utilize EPIC EMR system with scribe support and advanced algorithms for patient care
Call schedule: Rotated among NY market, on average 1 week every 3 months, 100% remote
Position Details Full-time permanent position
4-6 week orientation/training period

Requirements Board Certification Required
RI State License Required
Residency Training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required
Fellowship in Geriatrics preferred
Previous primary care or skilled nursing facility/nursing home experience preferred, but not required
No new graduates
