Job description
FM physician to lead an established outpatient Family Medicine practice with responsibility for clinical quality and care delivery. Provide medical oversight and leadership for physicians, APPs, and clinical/office staff. Oversee medical protocols, quality initiatives, and patient care standards. Collaborate with practice and health system leadership on clinical and operational priorities. Full-time role with a variable schedule, including weekends; $324K-$386K annual base salary range.
