Family Medicine 4-Day Clinical Week Northeast Metro Overview Join a growing outpatient Family Medicine practice where meaningful patient care, strong clinical resources, and lifestyle can coexist. This opportunity offers the chance to build your own patient panel, contribute to an expanding clinic, and practice in a highly supported environment without giving up your time outside of medicine.
Position Highlights 4-day clinical week with protected administrative time
100% outpatient Family Medicine with continuity-focused care
Growing practice with immediate patient demand and room to build your practice
Strong clinical support including integrated behavioral health, pharmacy, and ancillary services
Efficient workflow with EPIC, scribe support, and on-site diagnostics
Compensation & Benefits $280K first-year guaranteed
Additional incentive and retention opportunities beginning in year two
Approximately 6.5 weeks of PTO
CME allowance plus dedicated CME time

Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Open to graduating residents and experienced physicians
