Job description
An outpatient clinic is seeking a Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) for locum tenens coverage. $180/hr Position Details Specialty: Primary Care (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic Coverage Type: Locum Tenens Schedule Preferred: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Minimum: 3 days per week (up to 5 days per week available) Patient Volume patients per day Patient Population All ages (pediatrics rare) Clinical Responsibilities General outpatient primary care Minor procedures performed in office Practice Environment 1 NP on staff 1:1 MA support per physician Labs drawn in-house No radiology on-site 2 procedure rooms (minor procedures only) EMR: Epic Credentialing Estimated timeframe: days Requirements Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or Board Eligible) required Michigan license required DEA (MI) required ACLS & BLS (AHA) required Minimum 3 days per week availability required Must provide availability details at time of presentation (start date, days available, weekly availability) required Interview availability required at time of submission required Clean background required Epic experience preferred About WhiteCoat Locums: - Physician owned and led agency - Highest-Pay rates on the market - $1m/3m malpractice insurance and tail - 100% transparency
