For more than a century, St. Croix Health has been a cornerstone of healthcare in beautiful Western Wisconsin. As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their team and practice full-scope medicine in a collaborative environment that prioritizes both quality patient care and physician work-life balance at one of their three clinic locations.
Position Highlights:
•4 day workweek
•Low patient volumes
•Visiting specialists available to support the FM team
•Brand new, modern clinics with up to date technology
•New hospital opening in early 2028!
Compensation & Benefits:
•Two-year guaranteed salary of $325,000+
•$100,000 sign-on bonus
•Relocation assistance available
•Four weeks of vacation
•Two weeks of CME time with dedicated stipend

•Opportunities in St. Croix Falls, Webster and Frederic, Wisconsin- welcoming communities nestled in the scenic St. Croix Valley
