A large, established community health organization is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join its collaborative care team in Salem, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to develop long-term patient relationships, practice comprehensive family medicine, and make a meaningful impact within an underserved community.
You will practice within a patient-centered medical home while managing your own full-scope Family Medicine panel across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. The organization has a long history of expanding access to high-quality, compassionate healthcare and offers the stability and resources of one of the Pacific Northwest s largest community health networks.
Position Highlights
$322,000 guaranteed first-year annual salary
$30,000 hiring bonus
Up to $20,000 relocation allowance
$2,000 per month resident or fellow stipend
Full-time, 1.0 FTE position
34 clinical hours and 6 administrative hours per week
Full-scope Family Medicine panel across the lifespan
Dedicated certified bilingual Medical Assistant supporting patient care and translation
Epic electronic medical record
Malpractice insurance provided with no tail coverage needed
