Position DetailsFull-time schedule (5 days/week)In-person rounding in skilled nursing facilitiesLocations include San Antonio, Kirby, Mission, and South San Antonio, TXCompensation is fee-for-service (FFS)Estimated annual compensation range: $198,416 - $234,099No cap on productivity income potential Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinationsDevelop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needsMonitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomesCollaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teamsEducate patients and families on disease management and preventive care strategiesMaintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards QualificationsActive Texas physician license and DEAExperience in post-acute care, acute care, emergency medicine, or clinic settings preferred, but not requiredNew graduates are encouraged to applyStrong clinical skills and understanding of healthcare regulatory standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTeam-oriented mindset with a positive, patient-focused approach Benefits401(k)Medical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible spending account (FSA)Health savings account (HSA)Flexible paid time offProfessional liability insuranceAccess to more than 300 CME/CE courses
