Family Medicine Physician Opportunity San Jose, California
Join a growing, mission-driven healthcare organization serving one of the most diverse communities in the Bay Area. This established nonprofit health system is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to help meet increasing patient demand while providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
This is an excellent opportunity for physicians seeking meaningful work, strong clinical support, and an outstanding work-life balance in a 100% outpatient setting.
Position Highlights
100% outpatient Family Medicine
Monday-Friday schedule
Average of 15-17 patients per day
Very light phone-only call rotation (approximately 1:7-1:8)
Collaborative team of physicians and multidisciplinary support staff
Integrated behavioral health services
Diverse patient population across all ages
Strong focus on preventive care and chronic disease management
Basic office procedures available, including skin biopsies, joint injections, and laceration repair
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary: $250,000-$300,000
Relocation assistance/Sign-on bonus available

BC/BE Family Medicine
Comfortable caring for patients across the lifespan
