Compensation & Benefits $300,000 starting salary + productivity incentives
Sign-on bonus up to $125,000
Relocation assistance up to $20,000
Student loan assistance and PSLF eligibility
CME allowance and full benefits

Additional structure details:
Salary guarantee for 18 months, then transitions to a productivity model
Two-year contract
Seeking physicians interested in long-term practice (7 10+ years preferred)
Open to new graduates (not considering 2027 candidates)
Willing to wait for California licensure
