Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity Saint Francis Clinic Sikeston Missouri

Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our established outpatient primary care practice in Sikeston, Missouri.

Practice Highlights Multi-specialty, outpatient-only clinic
Join a collegial team including:1 Family Medicine Physician
1 Internal Medicine Physician
5 Advanced Practice Providers
4 Pediatricians
1 Clinical Psychologist, 5 LCSWs, and 4 PMHNPs
On-site subspecialty support including:Cardiology
Medical Oncology
Neurology & Neurosurgery
Ophthalmology
Orthopedics
Podiatry
Vascular Surgery
Additional on-site services:Pharmacy
Imaging Center (Ultrasound, X-ray)
Laboratory
Average daily volume: patients
EPIC electronic medical record system
Schedule & Work-Life Balance Outpatient clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
5-day work week , with a dedicated half-day for administrative time
Designed to support long-term career satisfaction and work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus productivity incentives
Transition to RVU-based compensation model
Student loan repayment available

Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain upon credentialing)
Active Missouri DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
