Job description
Our independent family medicine group in South Bend, IN , consisting of seven physicians and one PA, is seeking a BC Family Medicine physician to replace a retiring partner. We welcome candidates with or without a Sports Medicine fellowship .
Highlights
We are a group of 7 BC Family Medicine physicians and 1 PA that have been providing care to our patients for 26 years in South Bend, IN.
We work a 4 day work week.
Care to our patients include: newborns to geriatrics and sports medicine.
Services that we offer our patients include: chronic disease management, acute care, preventative care, sport medicine (prp, joint injections, imaging) and lab services.
Practice shareholdership - most of our physicians are partners after a few years.
Benefits include: Paid health insurance, dental, vision, 401K w/ match, PTO, CME, subscriptions, licenses, etc.
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
