Job description
A well-established, physician-friendly health system in Central Illinois is seeking BE/BC Family Medicine physicians to join one of the region's largest and most respected primary care groups. Openings are available due to continued growth and upcoming retirements, offering immediate patient volume and an outstanding quality of life.
Practice Highlights
Established 18-physician, mixed-specialty practice
Flexible 0.6-1.0 FTE opportunities
Outpatient-only with no nights or weekend clinic
Tele-nurse service handles first-call responsibilities
Average patient volume of just 18-22 patients per day
$300K+ earning potential with salary, quality incentives, and productivity bonuses
