Bon Secours Harbour View Family Practice - located in the beautiful, Harbour View area of Suffolk, VA is seeking a seasoned FAMILY PHYSICIAN to join our team of 4 physicians.
Located directly off of I-664 and Bridge Road - easy access to Monitor Merrimac Bridge Tunnel and Suffolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Newport News and Hampton
Full Time - Monday - Friday - 8:00 - 5:00
Open to new grad physicians
Ideal candidate is seasoned Provider with 3+ years of experience
New Team member will join 4 busy MD's in the practice
Call Varies - Shared by several FM practices - No Hospital requirement - No Rx refill
17-22 Patients per Day - Age 2 to Geriatric
1:1 Clinical support CMA
Easy access to Bon Secours Specialists in the same or adjacent buildings: Cardiology, Neurology, Surgery, Women's Health, Imaging, Vascular and Orthopedics as well as free-standing E.R. and new hospital opened in 2025
EPIC EMR, A/I charting, MyChart, Dragon dictation and translation services
Telehealth and E-visits will be a part of your practice, based on need
Experience with Population Health very important

Compensation and Benefits - Bon Secours Mercy Health Offers You:
$35,000 Starting Bonus
Resident Stipend Available: $3,000 per month available for 2nd and 3rd Year Residents
Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance > 50 miles
Up to $65,000 Med School Debt Assistance w/loan statement
Guaranteed Base Compensation of $250,000 for first two years plus productivity and quality incentives if wRVU threshold is met
Bonus Available: wRVU Productivity, $ per wRVU Quality Goal, System KPI attainment
Annual CME Alowance: $10,000
Comprehensive benefits package including multiple medical plan options, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, 403b retirement savings plus matching on first 4%
Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan for Physicians - 5% of clinical comp up to $25,000 per year for first 3 years -subsequent years based on productivity attainment

35 ATO days annually - front-loaded, not accrued

Requirements:
Qualified Candidates must have completed a U.S. Residency Program, and be BE or BC by the ABMS (ABIM, ABFM). We are not able to support J1 visa. H1B visa transfer available.
