Responsibilities
Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)
Part Time Roles Available
3 patients per hour
Provide primary health care to center patients within the family practice model.
Serve on committees and perform assigned administrative responsibilities.
Attend departmental meetings and participate in the night and weekend on-call coverage rotation.
Assume teaching responsibilities as assigned, ensuring continuous learning and clinical excellence.
Provide professional supervision for Nurse Practitioners, Midwives, and Physician Assistants, fostering collaboration with provider support personnel.
Teach residents how to deliver comprehensive, high-quality patient care.
Support resident development toward becoming practice-ready professionals.
Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in both teaching and patient care.
60% FM Physician/40% Core Faculty for Residency Program
Requirements
Compassionate Care
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Clear/Active New York licensure
