Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) Full-Time

A large, well-established healthcare organization in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its growing primary care team. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $211,369 $317,053 annually
Quarterly Incentive Plan: Up to 15% of quarterly earnings
Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (effective the first day of the month following your start date)

160 hours (20 days) of PTO annually, available immediately
7 Paid Holidays plus 1 Floating Holiday

Schedule
Monday Friday schedule
Option for four 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM 7:00 PM)
Minimal night call coverage as needed
Hospital rounding approximately once every two months
