Ready for Tucson? A care model built around you and your patients, not visit volume team-based advanced primary care with clinical support, care coordination, and population health tools. $30,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a 4-day work week option.

$211,369 $317,053 base + $30K sign-on bonus
4-day work week option
Relocation assistance to Tucson
Quarterly Incentive Plan (15% of quarterly earnings)
Long-Term Incentive Eligible physicians may participate in the Mosaic Health Profit Shares program, designed to reward physicians for contributing to the organization
Day-one PTO (160 hrs), full benefits, 401(k) match, CME (5 days + 2K reimbursement)
What you need: MD/DO, active license, board certified or eligible, DEA license.
