Job description
Outpatient-focused role (no inpatient rounding required for the core position; additional rounding opportunities may be available if desired)
35 clinical hours/week
1 late evening per week (up to 9 PM; later start that day)
Light call with shared coverage (details discussed during process)
Typical pace: 2 3 patients/hour (approximately /day )
Strong APP support: Physician Assistants handle the majority of urgent/walk-in needs and a large portion of call
Athena (cloud-based) EMR with AI ambient scribe and AI-assisted workflow tools to reduce documentation burden
Physician-led organization with growth/advancement potential (part of a stable network of multiple outpatient sites; partnership track may be available)
