$180/HR 1-year Contract Possible Extension Monday Friday No Weekends/ Any state license accepted
Prime Physicians is actively seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for an excellent Indian Health Service (IHS) opportunity at the Warm Springs Service Unit in Warm Springs, Oregon .

Opportunity Highlights Location: Warm Springs, Oregon
Facility: Warm Springs Service Unit
Contract: 1 year with a possible extension
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Up to: 40 hours per week
Outpatient primary care setting
Approximately 14 scheduled patients per full day
IHS facility with RPMS or successor EHR
Thursday mornings include administrative/training time
Support from an assigned Medical Assistant or Registered Nurse
Credentialing/background process requires approximately 1 month of lead time
What You'll Do Provide comprehensive Family Medicine/Internal Medicine care
Evaluate and treat acute and chronic conditions
Perform physical examinations
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Prescribe medications
Provide preventive care and patient education
Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
Document patient encounters in the EHR
Collaborate with other departments
Participate in medical staff meetings, peer review, and required training
Assist with urgent care coverage when needed
Requirements MD or DO
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
Current DEA license
State CDS, if applicable
Current BLS certification
5+ years of clinical experience
Must meet IHS credentialing and privileging requirements
Compensation $180/hour
