Job description
Join a well-regarded, award-winning primary care network across Long Island as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician ! With multiple convenient office locations and a flexible, production-based compensation model, this is a great fit for both new graduates and experienced physicians looking to grow their practice.
What You'll Do:
Provide preventive care, annual physicals, and sick visits
Diagnose and treat acute conditions and manage chronic diseases
Oversee medication management and health screenings
Serve as the patient's first point of contact within a coordinated care network
Collaborate with a broad range of specialists across the practice
What You'll Bring:
MD or DO, board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active or eligible New York medical license
Comfort working within a production-based (revenue-share) compensation model
Open to new grads or physicians with prior experience

Production-based compensation, with earning potential from $215,000 up to $330,000+ depending on patient volume
