Job description
A physician-led, nonprofit healthcare organization located in North Texas, 140 miles northwest of Dallas Fort Worth and within driving distance of Oklahoma City, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a supportive, community-focused practice.
Position Highlights:
Design your own schedule and patient volume
Average patients per day with a 4.5-day work week
Limited call responsibilities
Renovated multispecialty clinic space with on-site lab and imaging, including X-ray, MRI, and CT
APP-supported walk-in care available onsite
Dedicated support team including APPs, LVNs, MAs, RNs, nurse navigators, community health workers, social workers, practice managers, and physician colleagues
Hospital transition clinic supports continuity of care and preventive medicine focus
Optional leadership opportunities overseeing advanced practice providers
Training stipend available

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary of $315K-$320K
