Job description
YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles is seeking a Family Resource Director to lead and manage family programs, including ELR, and to drive engagement with families and community partners in the Los Angeles area.
The role requires overseeing staff, volunteers and interns, developing trauma-informed curricula, and ensuring compliance with policies while supporting healthy, connected families through trauma-informed tools and resources.
