Our counselors provide both pre-need (advance planning) and at-need (immediate) support, educating families about their options while ensuring every detail is handled with care, professionalism, and dignity.Compensation: Commission/Hourly rate (Unlimited earning potential)Job-Type: Full-TimeLocation: Forest Lawn Memorial CemeteryDepartment: Family Services / Pre-Need & At-Need SalesEarning Potential: This position is commission-based with unlimited earning potential, supported by an established brand and a steady flow of leads.1st Year Expected Earnings: $45,000 - $75,000Top Performers Earn: $140,000 - $220,000+ annuallyActual earnings depend on individual effort, sales performance, and lead volume.What You'll Do:Educate families about the benefits of pre-planning funeral and cemetery arrangementsMeet with at-need families (partnering with a licensed funeral director) to assist with service and cemetery selections.Conduct follow-up calls, outreach, and relationship building within the communityMaintain accurate records and manage your sales pipelineRepresent the funeral home and cemetery with empathy, integrity, and professionalism - Honesty, Integrity, and Service Excellence are at the heart of all we doParticipate in community events, presentations, and workshopsWork collaboratively with Family Service, Funeral Directors, Cemetery Grounds, and Leadership TeamsQualifications:Compassionate, patient and service-mindedCoachable, goal-oriented, and motivated by both mission and resultsStrong communicator with the ability to guide families through sensitive decisionsOrganized and able to work independentlyComfortable with a consultative sales environmentPrior sales experience is helpful but not required – we provide trainingMay require the possession (or ability to obtain) an insurance license as required by applicable lawMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationBilingual speaking a plusWhat We Offer:Comprehensive paid trainingSupportive team environmentFlexible schedule with operating hoursOpportunities for advancementLeads provided with Walk-ins and Call-ins, plus opportunities to generate your ownBenefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k with a match, PTO, etc.)Why Join Us?
