Our counselors provide both pre-need (advance planning) and at-need (immediate) support, educating families about their options while ensuring every detail is handled with care, professionalism, and dignity.Compensation: Commission/Hourly rate (Unlimited earning potential)Job-Type: Full-TimeLocation: Rest Haven Memorial ParkDepartment: Family Services / Pre-Need & At-Need SalesEarning PotentialThis position is commission-based with unlimited earning potential, supported by an established brand and a steady flow of leads.1st Year Expected Earnings: $60,000 - $80,000Top Performers Earn: $120,000 - $200,000+ annuallyActual earnings depend on individual effort, sales performance, and lead volume.What You'll DoEducate families about the benefits of pre-planning funeral and cemetery arrangementsMeet with at-need families (partnering with a licensed funeral director) to assist with service and cemetery selections.Conduct follow-up calls, outreach, and relationship building within the communityMaintain accurate records and manage your sales pipelineRepresent the funeral home and cemetery with empathy, integrity, and professionalism - Honesty, Integrity, and Service Excellence are at the heart of all we doParticipate in community events, presentations, and workshopsWork collaboratively with Family Service, Funeral Directors, Cemetery Grounds, and Leadership TeamsQualificationsCompassionate, patient and service-mindedCoachable, goal-oriented, and motivated by both mission and resultsStrong communicator with the ability to guide families through sensitive decisionsOrganized and able to work independentlyComfortable with a consultative sales environmentPrior sales experience is helpful but not required – we provide trainingMay require the possession (or ability to obtain) an insurance license as required by applicable lawMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationBilingual speaking a plusWhat We OfferComprehensive paid trainingSupportive team environmentFlexible schedule with operating hoursOpportunities for advancementLeads provided with Walk-ins and Call-ins, plus opportunities to generate your ownBenefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k with a match, PTO, etc.)Why Join Us?Family service counselors make a lasting impact.
