UMOM New Day Centers, Arizona’s largest provider of services for families experiencing homelessness, seeks a Family Shelter Manager to lead shelter operations and case management programs. The role oversees housing-based services, safety, and census, with collaboration across leadership to ensure fidelity of proven systems.
Monday–Friday, on-site, with potential evening needs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in relevant roles and 2+ years of supervision, plus strong data and budget oversight.
