Job description

Farm Services AssemblerKelly® is hiring a Farm Services Assembler for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity in Johnson Creek, WI. This position involves disassembling, cleaning, testing, inspecting, and reassembling dairy equipment and components.What You'll DoPerform assembly operations by hand or through the use of automation.Operate an industrial dishwasher and ultrasonic parts washer to clean and disinfect products.Count returned products.Disassemble and reassemble clusters.Test parts and mechanisms to ensure they meet product specifications.Perform check-in, testing, disassembly, washing, reassembly, testing, and checkout of pulsators.Read sales orders and build products according to specifications.Track damaged parts and report them to the Supervisor.Deliver finished products to shipping.Transport products to workstations using a company-issued vehicle.Maintain equipment in proper working condition.Maintain computerized inventory records to support customer orders.Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsMust be at least 18 years old.Ability to follow assembly, disassembly, cleaning, testing, and shipping processes.Ability to understand and resolve common issues associated with assembled products.Previous assembly or dairy farm experience is preferred.Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift.Ability to use tools and controls.Ability to regularly lift or move up to 30 pounds.Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.Ability to occasionally team lift or move up to 70 pounds.Ability to occasionally walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Must provide closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes.Additional InformationThe facility temperature may range from approximately 70°F in the winter to 110°F in the summer.Employees may work near moving mechanical parts.Employees may get dirty from grease and oil.Noise levels are usually moderate and may occasionally be loud.PPE is provided, including gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, sleeves, and aprons as needed.No pre-employment screenings are currently listed for this opportunity.Background check and physical may be required upon hire.This is a long-term temporary opportunity with potential for temp-to-hire employment.
