Are you ready to build a business of your own?
The Rappa District Office is seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional or business leader to develop and operate a Farmers Insurance agency serving the Newnan community.
As an agency owner, you’ll build a client base, lead your own team, and establish a strong presence in the local community with training, mentorship, and ongoing support from Farmers Insurance and the Rappa District Office.
This is an agency ownership opportunity, not a traditional salaried position. Insurance experience is not required. We provide licensing training and cover pre-licensing fees.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a plan for agency growth
Generate business through referrals, networking, marketing, and community involvement
Recommend Property & Casualty and Life insurance solutions
Recruit, coach, and lead your own team
Build lasting client and community relationships
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, leadership, business development, or customer-facing roles
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them with our support
What We Provide
Unlimited commission and bonus potential
$5,000 launch bonus
Up to $6,000 in office-branding support
Enhanced compensation with a 340% multiplier
Up to $500 per month in marketing support
Licensing and hands-on district support
Direct mentorship from District Manager Richard Rappa
