Job description
Cotton On in Tysons, VA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional service and strong store performance. You will help plan daily priorities, mentor Key Holders and Sales Associates, and keep operations aligned with policy standards.
This full-time, hourly role offers a wage range of $25.50–$28.50 per hour and benefits including a 50% team member discount, medical/dental/vision cover, 401(k) matching and development opportunities.
