Job description
Zara in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Department Manager to lead the sales team, drive the commercial strategy, and maintain an attractive image of the section aligned with customer needs. You will oversee product replenishment, merchandising, and stock control while coaching staff.
You will analyze reports, coordinate with store leadership, and ensure excellent customer service while minimizing shrinkage and optimizing layout and staffing for peak performance.
