White House Black Market in Geneva, IL is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You’ll drive a customer‑centered culture and contribute to positive, memorable shopping experiences that reflect our hospitality.
In this role you’ll support opening/closing duties, coach team members, and ensure accurate cash handling and inventory control while maintaining a welcoming, high‑energy sales floor.
