Job description
KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Lead for Store 3486-Hillsdale Shopping Center in San Mateo, California. You will supervise the team, embody brand standards, and create a welcoming, customer-centered shopping experience that reflects our hospitality culture.
You’ll partner with store leadership to coach staff, manage opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and promotions, and drive sales through product knowledge and omni-channel initiatives.
