Job description
LOFT in Reston, VA is seeking a Sales Lead to join our team. In this role you will support store operations, coach associates, and model exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store performance and a seamless omnichannel experience.
Ideal candidates have 6 months of retail sales experience and a willingness to take on leadership responsibilities, including stepping in as manager when needed, while delivering a welcoming shopping environment.
