Job description
Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for our Murfreesboro store to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and create a welcoming, customer-centered shopping experience. You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, coach teammates, and ensure smooth daily operations while embracing our culture of hospitality.
The role requires a couple of years in retail management, strong communication skills, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
