böhme is seeking an outgoing, professional Sales Lead to work with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments. A team player who delivers friendly, efficient service while upholding store standards will thrive in our fast-paced environment.
The role involves opening/closing duties, staff motivation, and driving sales in a dynamic store setting, with flexibility to work weekends and support western US locations.
