Job description
Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead for the Clinton Township, MI store. You will create an engaging customer environment, partner with the Store Manager to execute daily plans, and guide associates to reach their highest potential. With operational knowledge, you may step into the Manager role when needed to ensure smooth store performance.
You'll motivate teams, coach performance, and identify opportunities to drive results while aligning with brand standards and protecting assets.
